It is absolutely safe as long as it is done with professional grade products and carried out by a dental professional. There are over the counter products available on the market that are not regulated and not sold through a dental practice. Some of them are potentially dangerous and are not recommended.

How Does It Work?
Enlighten® uses a combination of at-home and in-surgery whitening whereby bespoke trays are custom made for you and worn for a two week period followed by a short appointment at the practice.
How Quickly Does It Work?
Enlighten® whitening typically offers results in just 4 weeks, however more complex cases can take up to 8 weeks to get the desired results.

First Visit : Initial Free Consultation Appointment
Consultation to check suitability
High quality impressions taken and sent to the Enlighten® laboratory where they will produce your custom made whitening trays (2 weeks)
You will be provided with Enlighten® pre-treatment serum
Second Visit
Fitting of your Enlighten® Whitening Trays
Demonstration of the whitening procedure
In-chair desensitising pre-treatment
Provision of Evoseal home desensitising swabs
Third Visit (Guaranteed Package)
45 minute in-chair session. Remember to bring your tooth trays with you!
Special gel in trays to completely and evenly whitened to their maximum level.
To ensure teeth remain at this lovely white bright level. We recommend using the trays once every other month. An extra gel syringe can be purchased which will last around 12 months.
Maintenance
When it comes to Enlighten® the normal regime is to top up one night every two months during the first year, one night every 4 months during the second year and one night every 6 months during the third year. This way your teeth will not fade.

360 Home Whitening
This system gives you the freedom to whiten your teeth, with flexibility and great value.
You have two choices, you can use our day formula for an hour a day, or we have an overnight formulation which will go to work while you sleep.
You will fill your trays with just a small quantity of our gel, the dual action 360 Whitening gel lightens your teeth from within while simultaneously removing surface stains.
The unique gel breaks down to form oxygen ions that safely penetrate deep into your teeth giving a brighter, whiter smile.
360 Whitening uses of new trolamine formulation to create a gel that gently whitens your teeth with long lasting results and low sensitivity. This combined with our soft whitening trays that use a hand finished scalloped edge that reduces the chance of the gel interacting with you gum make our system uniquely comfortable.
