Dr William Walsh BChD (University of Leeds), PGDip -
Principal Dentist - GDC 259187
Dr Will is the owner of Maia Dental and has been since 2021. He has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and regularly attends training courses to ensure his work is of the highest standard.
He holds Elite status as an Invisalign provider and he recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in ‘Clear Aligner Therapy’, with The City of London Dental School.
He can provide you with a range of treatment options to suit all needs and budgets. From mini-smile make overs with Tooth Whitening and Composite Bonding - to digital smile design and Porcelain Veneers ; Will takes pride in helping people get the smile they've always wanted, in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Dr Sohail Ali BDS (University of Lancashire) -

Dr Ali graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Central Lancashire in 2017. He joined Maia Dental in September 2021 and has been with us ever since.
Dr Ali is committed to postgraduate training and is currently enrolled on a postgraduate endodontics course.

Charlie graduated as a Dentist from The University of Manchester in 2020. He has a keen interested in restorative dentistry and is looking forward to providing gold standard care at Maia Dental. Charlie regularly attends postgraduate courses to ensure his treatment is of the best quality.
Dr Christopher Taylor, BDS (University of Sheffield)

Chris graduated in 2017 from the University of Sheffield and since then, has worked in practices in Sheffield, London & Leeds. He enjoys all aspects of Restorative Dentistry and has undertaken further Post Graduate Training in Aesthetic-Restorative Dentistry.
In his free time Chris loves walking his Cockapoo called Indie, running, cycling and playing tennis.
Dr Richard Moore, BDS (2002), MFDS RCS (Eng), FDS RCS (Ed), FHEA, FFDTEd
Consultant Oral Surgeon - GDC 80730
Richard is a Consultant Oral Surgeon, registered with the General Dental Council UK on the Oral Surgery Specialist List.
He was awarded his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree in 2002 at the University of Birmingham and completed an externship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Illinois, Chicago and gained experience in Canada. In addition he holds Fellowships at both the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and Faculty of Dental Trainers at the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. Richard is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Richard is a Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery at the University of Leeds (where he is currently studying for a PhD) and an Honorary Consultant Oral Surgeon at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
His professional interests are wide-ranging, including being a reviewer for several academic journals, and lecturing internationally. He has a particular clinical interests in all aspects of oral surgery and dental implants. In addition to this, he has interests within managing medically compromised patients, third molars and treatment under conscious sedation.
Outside dentistry, he is an Advanced Life Support Instructor and Provider for the Resuscitation Council UK.
