Dr. Chris is an experienced dentist offering high-quality restorative dentistry and aesthetic dental care to patients at Maia Dental. Since graduating from the University of Sheffield in 2017, he has worked across Sheffield, London and Leeds, gaining extensive experience in both routine and advanced dental treatments.

With a strong interest in minimally invasive, long-lasting dentistry, Chris has undertaken postgraduate training in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry, allowing him to deliver natural, healthy smile enhancements with precision and care. He is known for his calm, reassuring manner and clear communication, making him a popular choice for patients who feel nervous about treatment.

Dedicated to ongoing learning, Dr. Chris regularly attends advanced training to stay at the forefront of modern techniques. His approach centres on personalised treatment planning, patient comfort and ensuring patients fully understand their options.

Outside of dentistry, Chris enjoys spending time with his young family and his Cockapoo, Indie, as well as running, cycling and playing tennis, maintaining a lifestyle as balanced and energetic as his approach to patient care.

Dr. Mehreen is a highly skilled practitioner with a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign treatment, and advanced restorative care. She completed her BDS at Newcastle Dental School in 2016, following a BSc in Medical Physiology and continues to build upon her extensive training. She holds an MFDS diploma from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and completed her Advanced Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry certification in 2024.

Dedicated to ongoing development, Dr. Mehreen is currently completing a Diploma in Aligner Orthodontics, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive clear-aligner solutions. She frequently undertakes specialist courses in Composite Bonding, Porcelain Veneers, and cosmetic smile design.

Her patient-centred approach focuses on comfort, clarity, and long-lasting results. Whether delivering routine dental care or cosmetic treatment, she prioritises a calm, positive experience while helping patients feel confident in their smiles.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Mehreen enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures. At home, she loves unwinding with her two cats, Gizmo and Oreo.

Dr. Krishan is a dedicated dentist with a passion for minimally invasive dentistry, biomimetic techniques, and clear-aligner orthodontics. He qualified from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry before completing his MFDS diploma with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

He has held several prestigious hospital roles in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital (UCLH), Great Ormond Street Hospital and St George’s Hospital. Working with world-renowned consultants has given him extensive experience managing complex dental and facial cases.

As an experienced Invisalign provider, Krishan enjoys helping patients achieve beautifully aligned, healthy smiles while preserving natural tooth structure. His approach emphasises attentive listening, tailored treatment plans and delivering dentistry that is both functional and aesthetic.

Outside of work, Krishan is a keen sportsman who enjoys cricket, badminton and football. He is also a passionate foodie and loves travelling, especially when it involves discovering new cuisines.

Laura is an experienced Dental Therapist with a special interest in delivering gentle, preventive oral care. She began her career as a Dental Nurse at Sheffield Dental Hospital, where she spent ten years developing strong clinical foundations before qualifying as a Dental Therapist at the University of Sheffield in 2007.

At Maia Dental, Laura provides high-quality hygiene treatments, gum care, and tailored oral-health advice. Known for her calm and reassuring manner, she ensures hygiene appointments are thorough, informative, and as comfortable as possible — helping patients achieve healthy gums and long-lasting confidence in their smile.

Her passion for prevention means she works closely with patients to build effective daily routines and long-term oral-health habits. She prides herself on creating a relaxed, supportive environment where patients feel cared for and understood.

Away from the practice, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, making the most of weekends filled with family activities and cheering on her children’s extracurricular pursuits.

Eve is our dedicated Dental Therapist who graduated with a BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy from the University of Leeds in 2025. During her time at university, she was proud to be awarded the Dental Therapy Award in recognition of her work. 

Her experience is tailored to private practice, where she enjoys building strong relationships with her patients and creating a calm, comfortable environment for every visit. Eve has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and loves helping patients feel more confident in their smiles.

Alongside her work, Eve is continuing her studies at the University of Leeds as she works towards becoming a dentist, continually developing her skills. 

Outside of dentistry, Eve enjoys travelling and being outdoors, such as hiking in the Lake District or visiting new places.
